Maria Caspaeri-Dąbska

Maria Caspaeri-Dąbska is an advocate, member of the Warsaw Bar Association.

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University. She completed a course in English and European law of the British Center for English and European Legal Studies in Warsaw co-organized by the University of Cambridge.

Maria Caspaeri-Dąbska started her legal career in the Law Office of advocate Ewa Pruchniewicz. She then worked in the Warsaw office of Weil, Gotshal and Manges, and after that at the offices of legal advisor Zbigniew Marek Czarny and advocate Bartosz Krassowski. Since 2004, she has been working with Drzewiecki, Tomaszek and Partners under a cooperative arrangements.

Specializing in litigation, she has represented corporate and individual clients in civil cases, including commercial ones, as well as cases related to environmental law, labour law, and before administrative courts. She has experience in re-privatization and has participated in preparing legal due diligence reports of real estate, as well as for the purposes of mergers and acquisitions. She provides day-to-day assistance to business entities.

She speaks English.
